TV cord was at child level in Preschool classroom. Furniture had chipped edges and there were two nails in the doorframe at child level in toddler room. The window AC unit was placed on Child sized table is creating a crushing hazard. Washer closet was accesible and unlocked Outlets were not tamper resistant. Two rooms had power strips accessible to children
