0291(1)(a): Infant child sleeping in bedroom with door closed and not within visual and auditory range. 0291 (1)(d): Bedroom where infant child was asleep was too dark to see child's skin coloring. 0291 (1)(e): Infant's breathing patterns not observed, as provider was out of sight range while infant child was sleeping.
