Observation

Licensed spaces were observed to have items not secured, thumb tacks, nails, cables and extension cords being used, CD players and other items with cords not plugged directly into the outlets and blinds cording was accessible and had the ability to form loops. Water temperature was not reaching a warm temperature. It was only reaching 70 degrees.
