1a) The following items labeled keep out of reach of children were found in the following areas: Toddler room had aquaphor on diaper changing table NE Room had diaper wipes on diaper changing table, sanitizer bottles on counter SW Room had sanitizer bottles on counter NW room had sanitizer bottles on counter 2ab) The following storage rooms were unlocked and accessible to children: Outdoor storage shed Indoor electrical closet
