110-300-0165(2)(d)- There were plastic bags accessible in Classroom A. Provider corrected this at the time of the inspection. 110-300-0165(3)(a)- There were large branches on the playground. Provider removed them at the time of the visit. 110-300-0165(3)(a)- There were weeds growing in the back portion of the playground. Some had sharp points that could scratch a child. 110-300-0165(3)(a)- The storage cabinet on the middle playground had a broken handle that had a sharp edge.
