Observation

110-300-0165(2)(a): TR caps were observed inserted into TR covers installed on the outlets. 110-300-0165(2)(c): Multiple cords, including some hanging across two shelves, were observed in the kitchen/storage area accessible to children. Additional cords capable of forming loops were also observed to the side of the building near the main entry gate. 110-300-0165(2)(d): Plastic bags stored on top of the diaper hanging shelf in the bathroom were accessible to children. The provider removed the bag during the visit. 110-300-0165(3)(d): A small black fridge was observed located on the floor in the corner without a safety lock. 110-300-0165(4)(f): The door leading to the unlicensed space was observed wide open. The provider locked the door, but it was later observed to be open again. 110-300-0165(5)(e): A power strip with a surge protector was observed in the nap room, accessible to children. 110-300-0165(5)(f): An extension cord was used for the microwave and the fridge, likely being used for extended periods.
