Observation

110-300-0145(11): The emergency gate, which the provider reported is primarily used during drills, was not self-closing. The self-closing mechanism requires adjustment. 110-300-0145(8): The fence area near the emergency gate, located to the right of the main entry to the daycare, had several gaps at the bottom ranging from 4" to 7". Additionally, there was a 4" gap under the gate itself.
