0260(1)(a) In the bathroom that child care children use is the washer and dryer. On the washer there was 2 laundry detergent products that state to "keep out of reach of children" that were accessible to child care children. There was also paint in the closet on the main floor area accessible to children. In the kitchen freezer there was alcohol accessible to the children. 0260(2)(b) The garage door was unlocked and able to be accessed by child care children. 0260(5) the broom and the dust pan were accessible to children next to the kitchen.
