0165(2,d): licensor observed plastic bag in children's cubby and accessible to children. 0165(3,a): licensor observed a rose bush with sharp edges, a window with a broken glass, a bird house that is not secured and has barb wire, all have a potential of causing cuts, abrasions and puncture to the children. 0165(4,c): licensor observed a free standing lamp not secured.
