Observation

Remove small toys/objects with an overall dimension of one and three-quarter inches or less are considered items that may pose a risk of choking, aspiration or ingestions. Remove all plastic bags from toys to prevent suffocation hazards. Water temperature in bathroom was hotter than 120 degrees Fahrenheit (123.7). There are 11 electrical outlets that need to be covered by blank plates or replaced withautomatic shutters that only allow electrical plugs to be inserted (tamper-resistant).
