0165 (3)(f): Large cabinets not secured to wall and can tip over. 0165 (3)(g): Flaking paint on walls near diapering area and in other places around Center. 0165 (5)(a): Push in protectors in outlets around Center. Outlets are already tamper resistant and do not need the push in plastic protectors, as they are a choking hazard. 0165 (5)(e): Power strip accessible to children in preschool classroom.
