Observation

Several items were plugged into outlets, then placed on a higher shelf, causing the cords to be loose, dangling, and accessible to children. Plastic bags and gloves were observed to be accessible to children in the bathroom. The outdoor stairs up to the deck were not blocked with safety gate or pressure gate and toddlers were present in care. Outlets were accessible to children that were not TR type or covered by blank plates.
