The provider has not developed written food plans for children on vegetarian diets. Currently, children's parents are sending lunch and snacks for their children. The provider has not notified the parents in writing of the USDA CACFP requirements for each meal. Not all meals observed by this licensor today contained a protein, as required by the USDA CACFP. The provider serves whole milk to the children age one and older which does not satisfy USDA CACFP requirements.
