Observation

This licensor observed a small un-blown up balloon in the outdoor play space, small alpahbet letters in the indoor space, and a paper towel plastic bag in the indoor space. A cell phone cord was plugged into the wall and dangling from the outlet at child level. A cord to an outdoor electric turf sweeper was next to it in the outdoor play area. It was not plugged in but was loose.
