Observation

There were several windows in the lobby area (licensed space) that had blinds with pull cords and inner cords. There are storage/closets in each of the licensed rooms that have blinds with pull cords and inner cords. There were several outlets that were not TPR. The outlets near the sinks in the kitchen area are not GFCI. The flourescent tube bulb lights are exposed. There are 2 stair cases that do not have a safety gate to make the stiars inacessible.
