(immediate corrections were made removing the cleaning product inaccessible to children). 0260 (1b) (2ab) Licensor observed the kitchen cabinet were not locked or secured making the dishwashing detergent and kitchen knives accessible to children. (immediate corrections were made and kitchen utensils and dish detergent were made inaccessible to children).
