During the inspection, Licensor Harris observed Clorox wipes container on the table of the main play area (1)(a) During the inspection, Licensor Harris observed cabinets under the sink in the bathroom and near the changing table area that were not locked and accessible to children. Licensor observed household cleaning products in storage both areas that children have access to (2)(a)(b) During the inspection, Licensor Harris observed two lawn mowers in the path way leading to the outdoor play area accessible to children (5)
