0165 (2)(c) The Pre-K class room had a cord from a laminator, cords from a computer just inside the door that can form a loop that are not inaccessible to children. 0165 (2)(d) The Pre-K classroom had garbage bags on the shelf that are not inaccessible to children. (Lead teacher put them on top of a cabinet out of reach of children while licensor was on site). 0165 (3)(g) Pre-toddler room had a shelving units that had trim missing on one, and the other two are in poor condition with bubbling on the shelving from pastic or some kind of adhesive.
