0100(6) Licensor Mulloy observed Aide (TL) acting in a lead teacher role without proof of required education or education approval in MERIT 0100(7) (ii) Licensor Mulloy observed Assistant teachers (DJ) (MM) acting in Assistant Teacher roles without proof of required education or education approval in MERIT 0100(8)(b)Licensor Mulloy obsreved Aide (TL) acting in a lead teacher role without proof of required education or eduation approval in MERIT. 0100(8)(e) Licensor Mulloy observed Aide (TL) working alone without continueous lead teacher oversight. (TL) was the only staff member present at start of the visit. Ms. Scott was not on premisis and Aide (TL) had to call her.
