3)g) Some of the equipment in the outdoor play area was not in good condition. There were some parts that had fallen off of the back and front of the caterpillar crawl tube, exposing the nut and bolt hardware underneath. There was also a broken plastic piece at the top of the tail of the caterpillar. There was a piece of plastic broken off on the side of the climbing toy with sharp bits of plastic still on the toy. 3)g) The play pen the licensee has been using to nap an infant in care was in poor condition, with loose stitching hanging in a loop in the top of the side panel and a hole in the bottom of the mesh in the side panel that a child could get their hand or foot stuck in.
