Licensor observed infant mats and bedding were not cleaned and sanitized.0265 (6(b)(9)(a)(9)(b)(9)(c) Bedding were not properly fitting on the infant mats restricting the full spread of the mat to fit within the pack and play. Mats were not sanitized or disinfected displaying visible signs of bodily fluid on mat once bedding was removed.
