110-300-0260(1)(a) Licensee has Clorox bleach, pine sol cleaner, glass cleaner, cascade dishwasher tablets accessible under the kitchen sink. This cabinet was locked during this site visit making all cleaning supplies accessible. The licensee had several Kirkland wipes that state keep out of reach of children accessible in the bathroom in the drawers. These were removed during site visit.
