110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensee had cords accessible that are capable of forming a loop around a child’s neck in the kitchen drawers, these were removed during this site visit. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee has plastic bags accessible in the bathroom under the cupboard, and on the bathroom counter, and under the kitchen sink 110-300-0165(3)(d) Licensee has a broken plastic tote lid in the outdoor play area. This item was removed during this site visit.
