-0166 (3)(a) Both emergency exit doors were locked during childcare hours. The front door also has a door-knob cover and the sliding door has on the top a latch secured, to prevent it from opening. It was also secured from the bottom. -0166 (4)(c)(i) At time of visit, the licensed bedroom emergency exit window was locked, during childcare hours.
