-0165 (2)(c) There are several electric cords that are not secured throughout the licensed area. One cord in the bathroom one in the kitchen counter area, and another in the dining area. The electric cord from the irrigation box, is long also and all these cords are capable of of forming a loop. -0165 (2) (d) In the bathroom there were two boxes with plastic bags in a drawer, and those were not secured. -0165 (3)(f) The stacked up cots are a tipping hazard and are leaning along other equipment. -0165 (5)(b) In the bathroom the electric outlet is not a GFCI type. -0165 (5)(c) In the outdoor area the "irrigation box" is missing the cover and it has several exposed electric wires.
