0165(2(a) - plastic jars with craft materials posing a risk of choking such as buttons, wiggle eyes and fuzzy balls were stored accessible to children. These were removed and stored out of reach during the visit. 0165(2)(d) - plastic bags were found accessible to children in the bathroom. This were removed during the visit. 0165(3)(f) - a new cubby unit that poses a risk of tipping is not anchored.
