Observation

110-300-0145(7) there is not a gate or fence between the driveway/deck and the play yard that prevents people who do not have permission to access the children from reaching the children 110-300-0145(6) The yard is not completly enclosed. Children who want to leave the play yard can walk up the steps and get onto the deck. Once the children are on the deck the children can walk down the other side and get into the front yard, the street and the driveway or back into the house.
