Observation

Window blinds in the back room with inner cords were exposed and were accessible to children at the time of inspection. A protruding screw was observed in the front room area (by TV) at the time of inspection. Large items were observed on top of a shelf in the back room that posed a tipping hazard at the time of inspection / A cubby for personal storage in the front room was observed to be wobbly and posed a tipping hazard at the time of inspection. Holes on wall were observed in the front room and in the bathroom at the time of inspection / Chipped paint was observed by the window area in the back room at the time of inspection.
