Observation

1)a) There is a tall cabinet in the licensed classroom that has teacher supplies and some toxic products in it, including a spray bottle of vital oxide disinfectant. The cabinet was not locked on 3/21/2025 and was accessible to children. The staff person locked this closet immediately when licensor addressed this issue.
