Observation

2)c) There was a loose USB cord sitting out on a table accessible to children, this was removed during the inspection on 3/21/2025. There is also a loose lamp cord accessible to children behind open shelves at child level. 5)e) There is a power strip/surge protector accessible to children behind the open shelves as well, where the lamp referenced above is plugged in. The power strip has little twist-open covers for each outlet, but they do not automatically close and there were open electrical outlets accessible to children.
