Observation

Fire extinguisher did not have tag showing when last serviced or receipt showing purchase date. Fire extinguisher location did not meet state building code and top of fire extinguisher was 5'3" off the ground (state building code states top of extinguisher needs to be between 3.5 and 5 ft off ground)
