0165(2)(a): Children's room (living room), dining room and second living room, on the floor, pieces of cookies, small plastic objects and debris accessbile to children. 0165(2)(c): In the dining/living room, mulitple loose cords accessible to children (TV, 2-vaccum cleaners, and electric couch) 0165(2)(d): Under the dinning room table plastic bags accessible to children. 0165(3)(a): In the bathroom bathtub a razor was accessible to children. 0165(3)(c): Building material on the both sides of the home; where the children's play yard there is untreated plywood and on the other side (emergency exit) untreated plywood. 0165(3)(f): Children's room (living room); unsecured big doll house that may be a tipping hazard to children.
