110-300-0165(2)(b) Licensee had four window blinds in the living room area that need to be removed. 110-300-0165(3)(a) Licensee had air conditioner unit fan accessible without a cover for the top of the fan area, or made inaccessible. 110-300-0165(3)(f) licensee had two large brown shelves that need to be anchored and secured in the entrance area and four brown shelves in the living room area that pose a tipping hazard that need to be secured and anchored. 110-300-0165(5)(c) Licensee had electrical cords accessible by the back door.
