Observation

0145(11): Gate door did not have a self-closing, self-latching mechanisim. 0145(7): The back gate door was not in place to deter people from entering the outdoor play area. 0145(8): The front gate door has a 5-inch gap, the corners of the fence throughout the play yard does not meet the height of forty-eight inches.
