110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee has plastic diaper bags accessible in the bathroom and under the diaper changing table accessible to the children. This was complete while licensor was onsite. 110-300-0165(3)(f) Licensee a 20 gallon fish tank that needs to be secured due to a tipping hazard on the counter top. The fish tank was removed and placed in the unlicesned space while licensor was on this site visit.
