Observation

1)Staff are not accurately attached to this facility's MERIT record and staff files are not available for review to see that the staff in attendance today have current First Aid/CPR to cover pediatric and adults. 2) 2 orange backpacks which have first aid kits in them, were seen on the floor of the gym, accessible to children.
