Observation

Children are in care with diagnosed needs, but do not have ICPs on file. example- 3/6/24 a child diagnosed ADHD was overwhelmed with the chaos of the program and attempted to leave. Licensor encouraged a written plan to be developed between the parents and the program manager in ways to best support this child as there was not on ICP for her.
