WAC 110-301-0186(1)(a)(b)(c)(i)(ii)(iii)(iv): A the time of the site's monitoring visit five child files were viewed and child #1 and child #3 have a special dietary need due to a health condition and do not have an individual are plan from their health care provider. A health and safety recheck was completed and child #1 and child # 3 still do not have an individual care plan from their health care provider.
