Observation

0241(1)(a) During the visit, it was observed that the tables were not cleaned after snack. They were only wiped down with the disinfecting wipes. 0241(4) During the visit, the bathroom was observed to have used papertowels and toilet paper on the floor. The toilet bowl had dried fecal matter inside the bowl. This was observed prior to the children entering the room for the afternoon session.
