MERIT reflected two teachers' (YOA & DW) bloodborne pathogen training was expired at the time of inspection / MERIT reflected one teacher's (ZRR) bloodborne pathogen training was not completed at the time of inspection. MERIT reflected one teacher's (DW) CPR & first-aid training were expired at the time of inspection. MERIT reflected three teachers' (KN, SO, DW) food worker card was expired at the time of inspection. MERIT reflected two teachers' (CP & JP) safe sleep training was expired at the time of inspection.
