Observation

Check all toy bins for objects that pose as a risk of choking to infants and toddlers. Items one and three quarter or smaller are considered choking hards such as dice, barbie shows, etc that was found in toy bins. Edge of one area rug in the main play space isn't laying flat and is a tripping hazard. Outlet outside next to back exit door must be tamper resistant or covered with a blank plate.
