Observation

110-300-0165(2)(a) – TR cap was observed plugged into the outlet. 110-300-0165(5)(a) - One outlet in the main childcare space was not tamper-resistant (TR). 110-300-0165(2)(d) - A plastic bag and a roll of plastic bags were observed in the bathroom under the sink drawer, which had no safety lock. 110-300-0165(3)(e) - The carpet and a small green rug had tilted corners, posing a tripping hazard.
