Observation

Cord on wall mounted tv forms a loop. The cord must be made inaccessible to children. Large carpet in the licensed play space is buckling and a tripping hazard. The landing leading to the licensed back yard has a platform that is 20.5" from the ground. Must not be more than 18" The hot water in the hand washing sink is 130 degrees F. The water must not be hotter than 120 degree F.
