0145 (1) At the time of inspection old fence panels are observed on the outdoor play area accessible to children 0145 (11) At the time of the inspection it was observed that the main gate did not have self-closing and self-latching mechanisms 0145 (6) At the time of the inspection it was observed that the licensed outdoor play area is not fully enlcosed, the barrier was removed.
