Observation

0165(2,d): Licensor observed in the toddler room plastic bag hanging at the side of the diaper changing table in the classroom and accessible to the children. 0165(3,a): Licensor observed in the outdoor area an unused garden bed that has come apart and has protuding nails. 0165(3,f): Licensor observed three cabinets in both the toddler rooms not secured or bolted to the wall. 0165(3,g): Licensor observed in the infant room a basket that held toys wire handle coming undone and accessible to the children.
