Observation

Distance between play structures that were more than 30 inches high in the outdoor area were observed to be less than 9 feet apart at the time of inspection. The ground under swings was observed to be covered by a shock absorbing material (woodchips) that was measured less than 9 inches deep at the time of inspection.
