2c) Wires hanging down in a loop on right side of house and back of house were accessible to children 2d) Diapers and diaper wipes in plastic packaging on top of blanket shelf and diaper wipes in cubby on blanket shelf were accessible to children 3f) Two toy shelves in main play area and dry wall leaning up against house in outside area posed tipping hazards 4e) Water at handwashing sink in bathroom reached 131 degrees 4f) Staircase leading from backyard grass area to upstairs deck did not have pressure gate, safety gate, or door to keep stairs inaccessible to infants and toddlers when not in use.
