Observation

1a) Alcohol wipes labeled keep out of reach of children were accessible to children in one of the cubbies, hand sanitizer labeled keep out of reach of children was accessible to children on top of cubbies, bathroom cabinet above sink was unlocked and accessible to children and contained toothpaste and hydrogen peroxide labeled keep out of reach of children. Clorox bleach spray was on kitchen counter and accessible to children. 2a) Laundry room and large closet were unlocked and accessible to children 5) Lawn mower was out in licensed area of backyard and accessible to children
