Observation

Small towels and rubber gloves on floors pose choking hazard for infants and toddlers. Refridgerator missing safety lock to prevent entrapment. Stairwell leading to uper level was leaning against wall allowing accessiblity to infants and toddlers. Dispute Description: On this date of inspection the children were asleep and I was cleaning that is why the towels and rubber gloves were on the floor. They were removed when it was brought to my attention that it was a hazzard. Refrigerator is now equipped with velcro safety strap and the stairwell is equipped with a locked safety gate. Correcting this violation.
