2)d) There were two gallon-size plastic ziploc bags accessible to children in classroom 1 on the bottom shelf near the calendar area. They were being used to store decorative supplies. 2)d) There was a plastic grocery bag accessible to children in classroom 3 on the bottom shelf of the shelves under the windows. It had decorative supplies in it. 5)a) The cover on the electrical outlet outside on the back of the building was not secured and so, the outlet was accessible today.
